Participants will enjoy a scenic ride through North Tract, the largest area of the Refuge. Along the route, the Friends of Patuxent will highlight key milestones from Patuxent’s 90‑year legacy, from groundbreaking wildlife research to the protection of native species and ecosystems that continue today.
This family‑friendly event will have a relaxed pace and is designed for riders of all experience levels. There will be opportunities to stop and enjoy wildlife or ask questions about the Refuge.
Ride Length: 10 miles (5 miles out, 5 miles back)
